LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  The Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) in Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range One (1) East of the 6th P.M., Seward County, Nebraska.  Selling as 160 +/- acres.

LOCATION:  From corner of Hwy 34 and 448th St, go 1/2 mile north.

SOILS:  Predominately Fillmore silt loam frequently ponded, Hastings silty clay loam 1 to 3% eroded, Butler silt loam 0 to 1%, Scott silt loam frequently ponded and Crete silt loam 1 to 3%.

GENERAL INFORMATION:  The FSA records indicate there are153.93 cropland acres and 114.70 base acres.  The feed grain base is 57.35 acres, corn and 57.35 acres, soybeans.  All farm producers with interest in the cropland must make a unanimous election in 2019 or either ARC-CO or PLC on a crop-by-crop basis; for all covered commodity base acres on a farm.  This election will apply to the farm for 2019 through 2023.  Program election changes are permitted in crop years 2021, 2022 and 2023.  Tract contains a wetland or farmed wetland.  NHEL: No Agricultural commodity planted on undetermined fields.
